Henry honed his marketing and media skills while building one of the regions more successful offices—UM Australia. He has been heavily involved in impacting and evolving the Australian marketing structure by applying the expertise gained from his media background.

His outstanding record in the media industry, and his knowledge of the region as a whole, contributes greatly to the growth and success of APAC offices in both client and award wins.
Henry became President of UM Asia Pacific in early 2009, and manages the client services and operations throughout the region. From the start of his position, he showed tremendous strength as a leader by immediately producing award-winning results, as the UM APAC offices won four of the 15 prestigious Media Federation of Australia awards. He also played a key role in the many impressive New Business wins including Charles Schwab, Target, and the Australian Government.
Prior to assuming the role of regional President, Henry was responsible for leading UM Australia where he demonstrated his zest for curiosity, creativity, and most important surprising results. One of the most awarded media agencies, UM Australia has been presented two Gold Lions and two Grand Prix together with a Bronze Lion at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. They were also named Media Agency of the Year in 2006, which was the same year that Henry joined ranks with UM Australia.
Before his days at UM, Henry was the Media Director for George Patterson Y&R and then climbed the ranks at OMD where he became their group head. He began his media career at Media Decisions, an Australian media agency in 1992, so Henry brings over 20 years of experience in this industry to UM.
